Gift Wrap Pro is a Shopify app that lets merchants offer gift wrapping and an optional gift message on product pages.

Information we store

We store only what the app needs to run for the merchant: the shop domain, the Shopify session and access token that authenticate the app, and the merchant's own gift-wrap configuration (the selected gift-wrap product, checkbox and message wording, product or collection restrictions, and styling options).

Customer data

We do not store customer personal data. Gift messages, order details, and customer information are never written to our database. A gift message a shopper types is submitted directly to Shopify as a line-item property on the cart and order, so it lives in the merchant's Shopify admin — not on our servers. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

How we use and retain information

Information is used only to operate, support, and secure the app. Shop settings and sessions are retained while the app is installed and are deleted when we receive Shopify's shop-redact request, or sooner if the merchant asks.

Shopify's mandatory webhooks

We implement Shopify's required privacy webhooks. Because we hold no customer data, the customer data-request and customer-redact webhooks have no customer records to return or erase. The shop-redact webhook deletes that shop's settings and sessions from our database.

Your choices

Merchants can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing management.sunskilltechs@gmail.com. Requests about a gift message on a specific order should go to the merchant who received it, since that data is held in their Shopify admin rather than by us.
